Warren Buffet---Inspirational personality

This is mail, but can't resist but share . There was a one hour interview on CNBC with Warren Buffet, the world's second richest man who has donated $31 billion to charity.

Here are some very interesting aspects of his life:

1) He bought his first share at age 11 and he now regrets that he started too late !

2) He bought a small farm at age 14 with savings from delivering newspapers.

3) He still lives in the same small 3 bedroom house  in mid-town Omaha, that he bought after he got married 50 years ago. He says that he has everything he needs in that house. His house does not have a wall or a fence.

4) He drives his own car everywhere and does not have a driver or security people around him.

5) He never travels by private jet, although he owns the world's largest private jet  company.

6) His company, Berkshire Hathaway, owns 63 companies. He writes only one letter each year to the CEOs of these companies, giving them goals for the year. He never holds meetings or calls them on a regular basis.

7) He has given his CEO's only two rules. Rule number 1: do not lose any of your share holder's money.  Rule number 2: Do not forget rule number 1.

8) He does not socialize with the high society crowd. His past time after he gets home is to make himself some pop corn and watch television.

9) Bill Gates, the world's richest man met him for the first time only 5 years ago. Bill Gates did not think he had anything in common with Warren Buffet. So he had scheduled  his meeting only for half hour. But when Gates met him, the meeting lasted for ten hours and Bill Gates became a devotee of Warren Buffet.

10) Warren Buffet does not carry a cell phone, nor has a computer on his desk.

11) His advice to young people: Stay away from credit cards and invest in yourself.

Mouna Ragam - A Silent Symphony

Disclaimer : Don't try to argue with me . For me , this is the best romance movie ever .Listen , I said ever . I rate this is as the best because , you can find it fault with the characters nor with the technicians. Its just this world that is put to blame. The screenplay is so engrossing that a small watch  through some scenes wouldn't get you off your seats .The beauty of the movie lies in its simple complexity and how you could associate with the characters. Each of the three have come with the magnum opus of thier life. Mohan for once , has even gone beyond that.

This movie takes a dig at few traditional belief 's that were existent (still exists ) . Girls in the houses being arranged for an engagement isn't new to the society. And Divorce could be perceived to be a common custom for one out of ten marriages now , but 15 years back , it was a taboo. Girls family mirrors any quintessential middle-class family  .

Movie starts just like any 80's movie with the female lead doing all those atrocities in her Househood and carrying on the same to college. But as the custom happens such that Mohan comes to her house the story unfolds and screenplay develops from there on .

I would  surely be blamed if i write about this movie without mentioning the Audio track and BGM of the same . To cut a long story short , I say Awesome. It reverberates in your mind and will forever.
Manram Vantha  is one of my all time favorites. My First instance of Science in Lyrics . Read more  on this here .

Hear it a thousand times and the next time you will find those Lyrics do something inside , only if you have seen the movie . The camera work by P.C Sriram is just mentionable as it looks lot like his usual (read earlier) movies.  The movie  could well be a Rom-Com if you take it for granted some of the subtle humour and the good ones with VK Ramasamy.

Poda dei . Poda dei .

Karthik  - He was an instant hit .The Dude of the 80's.  Every college-guy wanted to be Manohar . The role is outlined with that blitheness that is evident till the end. His End . To be fair , that isn't so great considering that is how Karthik usually acts . He was his usual self .

Mr. Chandramowli  !

Revathi -  Sometimes you feel strongly that what is the role that Revathi can't emulate on-screen .She has an array of expressions that would universally enclose all the subset of expression that the directors could think off . Simbly the Universal set of actresses . Every girl wants to be Divya . Every actress wants to be Revathi . Both are impossible. One word , Rocks .

Mohan  - It isn't that easy to play a loser for most part of the movie and get some equal credits when Revathi is playing alongside . He just did that . And no guy would like to be associated with Chandrakumar , A perfect loser . Btw , His birthday gift for her on anniversary couldn't have been a better one. No girl in could get a better  better half .Earlier Mohan was one the worst, but know later that turned to Respect.

And , Atlast the King of the crew , Mani sir takes the credit for all of the things told above. He etched the character's so well that you cant blame anyone of the characters but sit and blame Fate . Could you blame Revathi ? Mohan ? Karthik ? Revathi's family ? or atleast the cop ? .No is the answer. So just watch the  movie .

The story just reminds me of another dialogue from Autograph (told by his father Rajesh or cheran in the movie )

"நமக்கு பிடித்த ஒன்றை மறக்கணும்னா நமக்கு பிடித்த இன்னொன்றை நேசிக்கணும்"

She did that . But ,at last.

[P.S : Alaipayuthey & Minnale are in no scale the best Romantic movie . This was the purpose of me writing this in the first place.]
